General Purpose of the Position
The Regional Administrator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the administrative, human resources, logistics, and technology management of the Regional Office, ensuring compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and organizational guidelines. This position provides strategic and operational support to programs, ensuring the efficient and transparent use of resources, as well as the operational continuity of the regional office.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Administrative, Economic, or Financial Sciences.
• Postgraduate studies in Administrative, Financial, or Human Resources Management will be valued.
Experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions.
• Experience in non-profit organizations and/or international cooperation organizations will be valued.
Technical / Functional Skills
• Financial and budget management.
• Knowledge of administrative and logistics processes.
• Knowledge of labor legislation and applicable regulations.
• Human resources administration.
• Interpretation of financial statements.
• Use of information systems and office software tools.
