Manager plans, organizes, coordinates, and leads the implementation of projects at the Area Program level, including staff management, monitoring and evaluation, and financial management, ensuring that projects remain on schedule, within scope, and within budget.\n\nThe Regional Manager represents the Regional Office before the corresponding public institutions and community structures, and is expected to ensure that Food for the Hungry increasingly achieves community transformation through quality control in project implementation and the application of the organization\u2019s Heartbeat: Values, Mindsets and Behaviors, and the Golden Circle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Education<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Economic, Financial, Administrative, Social, Engineering, or Health Sciences.<br>\u2022 Postgraduate studies in Project Management, Development, Monitoring and Evaluation, or related fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Experience<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Minimum of 5 years of experience in NGOs and\/or international cooperation institutions.<br>\u2022 Minimum of 5 years of experience in project or program leadership positions.<br>\u2022 Experience in sponsorship-based institutions will be valued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Technical \/ Functional Skills<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Proficiency in programmatic and project management methodologies.<br>\u2022 Applied systems thinking, as well as human-centered design.<br>\u2022 Advanced knowledge of monitoring, tracking, and evaluation systems and tools.<br>\u2022 Facilitation of peer learning processes or internal communities of practice.<br>\u2022 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, as well as virtual work platforms such as Zoom, Teams, or similar tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Management Skills<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Strategic leadership.<br>\u2022 Relationship management and coordination.<br>\u2022 People and team management.<br>\u2022 Change management and adaptability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Language Skills<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Intermediate written and spoken English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
